Hum sabhi log iss baat se achi tarah parichit hai ki hmare body ka sabse anmol hissa hai "aankh".



Aankhe badi, kaali, chamakdaar har kisi ko apni taraf attract krti hai.


Hum kisi ko bhi dekhte hai to hmari phli najar samne wale ke aankho par hi parti hai.


Hmari aankhe bhi anjane me bahut kuch keh deti hai.

Hmari aankhe hme represent krti hai.

Aankho se tajgi/freshness, thakawat/tiredness ka bhi pta chlta hai.


Aankho ke dwara hi hum kisi bhi chij ko dekh pate hain.


Kabhi- kabhi hmare aankho me chota sa tinka bhi chla jata hai to hum kafi padesani ka samna karna prta hai.

Jra sochye🤔  unlogo ke bare me jinhe purn rup se kuch bhi dikhai nahi deta, arthat jinhe andhepan ka samna krna prta hai.

Wo log apna jiwan kaise jite honge?

Aur bahut logo ko anshik rup se andhepan ka samna karna hai.

 Aaj humlog taknik ki duniya me itne kho gye hai ki hum apni aankhon ka sahi se dhyan nahi rakh pate hai.

Pura din bas mobile, laptop, computer, tablet, telivision me continue lage rhte hai.

Aur chhote bachhe jo hmara nakal krte hai. Wo bhi khub telivision, mobile ka upyog krte hai.

Aakhir itne kam age ke bachcho ko chasma kyun lgana parta hai?

Kya reason hai iska? 

Dosto, aankhe iswar ka diya wardan hai.

Aankho ka jitna dekhbhaal kijiyega utna hi swasth rahyega aur future bhi utna hi acha hoga.

Dosto, ab mai apko aankho ko swasth rakhne ka upay btane wala hun.

Chaliye jante hai kin chhoti chhoti baato ko dhyaan me rakh kar aankho ko swasth rakha jaa sakta hai.

Aankho ko swasth rakhne ke upay?


👉Hum sabhi log jante hai ki vitamin A ki kmi se hi hume andhepan ka samna hona prta hai.

Isliye hme regular Vitamin A se bharpur bhojan ka sewan krna chahiye.

Hme adhik se adhik saag, sabjiyon ko apne bhojan me shamil krna chahiye.

Tabhi hum swasth aankhe paa sakte hai.

👉 Morning me jagne ke baad mouth (muh) paani bhar kar aur aankho par kuch second ke liye pani maare.

Is prakriya ko aap 5 minute tak karte rehna hai.

Isse apki sundar aankhe hmesa fresh dikhegi aur thakawat (tiredness) dur hoga.

Aur aap apni aankhon ko hmesa ke liye swasth rakh paaynge.

👉 Ab hum agla tarika jante hai.

Iske liye apko morning me jagne ke baad khule ground me chle jana hai aur apni aankhon ki putli ko 5 minute tak gol - gol ghumate rhna hai.

Uske baad apko apni aankhon ki palako ko baar baar band karna hai aur kholna hai.

Is tarah apko daily morning me jagne ke baad exercise karna hai.

👉 Morning me jagne ke baad apko apne komal haatho ko ragarna/ rub krna hai.

Jab hath garm ho jaay to aankhon par rakh lena hai.

Aesa krne se apki aankhe hmesa swasth rahegi.


👉 Aankho ke niche ke dark circle ko htane ke liye kakri/ khira ka istemaal kar sakte hain.

Iske liye apko kakri/ khira ko gol gol kaat krke apni aankhon ko band krke dark circle wale asthan par rakh lena hai.

Aesa krne se dark circle se chutkara paa sakte hai aur aankhon ko thandak milegi,fresh fresh  feel hoga.

👉 Aankho ke niche ka dark circle ka reason yeh bhi ho sakta hai.

Dhyaan de :- Agar aap pura din online mobile, laptop par kaam krte rehte hai aur 4 se 5 ghante hi sote hai.

To yeh apke health ke liye kafi kharab ho sakta hai.

Iske karan hi aap hmesa thake takhe dikhte hai aur apka face bejaan sa najar aane lagte hai.

Aankhe red ho jati hai.

Isse chutkara pane ke liye apko 7 ghante ki nind aawashya leni hogi. Tabhi aap is problem se mukt ho sakte hai.

Daily 7 ghante soiye fir dkhye aap apne kaam ko kitne ache tarike se kar pate hai.

Isse mind fresh ho jayega. Aur  kafi energetic dikhoge.

👉 Morning me jagne ke baad apko khule ground me jaana hai aur 30 minute tak khali pair hari ghass par chlna hai.

Isse aankhon ki roshni kabhi khatm nahi hogi.


👉 Agar apke aankho par kuch par jaay to kabhi bhi hatho se ragarna/ rub krne ki koshish nahi karni chahiye.

Aapko apne aankhon par panni marna chahiye jisse wah chij aasani se nikal jaay.


👉 Aap jab bhi dhup me ghar se bahar niklte hai to ultraviolet rays direct apke aankho par parta hai.

Aankho ko ultraviolet rays se protect karne ke liye apko sunglasses ka upyog karna chahiye.

Dhyaan de:- Aap jab bhi bahar nikle to sunglasses awashya lgay.


Isse aapki asnkho ki roshni kabhi kam nahi hogi. Aur na kabhi aankho ke niche dark circle honge.

👉 Aapko apne mobile phone me hmesa eye protection ON karke rakhna hai.

Aesa karne se apke aankho par light ka effect kafi kam hoga.


👉 Apko apne healthy diet me 🥕 carrot, 🍎 apple, papaya ko nischit taur par shamil krna hai.


Aesa krne se apke aankho ki roshni badhegi aur aankhe swasth rahegi.


👉 Daily night me sone ke samay pairo ke talwo par mustard oil se malish kren.

Yeh apki aankho ke liye kafi faydemand hota hai.

👉 Har 2 minute me apko kam se kam 25 baar aankho ki palako ko band karna hai.

Aesa krne se aap thakenge/ tired nahi honge aur aankhe hmesa swasth rahegi.

👉 Books ko aram se padhne ki adat daale. Gaur se padhne se aankhe kharab ho jati hai.

👉 Daily apko ek kachha amla ka sewan khali pet karna hai.

Dhyan rakhe:- Agar aap kachha amla nahi kha paate hai to amla ka murabba bhi kha sakte hai.

Lekin kachha amla aankho ke liye jayda faydemand hota hai.

👉 Apne khane me egg, 🐟 fish, palak ka saag, in sabhi ko jarur shamil kren.

Isse apko future me kabhi bhi ankho ki samasya nahi hogi.
